Guidance Office

As the school counselor, Amanda Lloyd coordinates Section 504 plans, organizes KPREP testing, and leads Dixie's Student Success Team. She also teaches classroom guidance lessons to grades K-5 throughout the school year and counsels students in small groups and one-on-one as needs arise.

Cora, a therapy dog she has trained, occasionally comes to work at Dixie as well! Ms. Lloyd and Cora look forward to supporting students in their social and emotional learning and to serving Dixie in any way that they can!
